Leadership Guelph & Wellington is a great investment for employers.  Your employees attending the program will gain leadership skills to drive your business or organization forward.

In addition, as an employer you will:

As a participating employer, you are committing to giving your staff workday time (once a month) to attend the workshops.  You might also wish to offer your staff financial support to offset the course tuition of $2,750.   (Participants are required to pay personally a minimum of 10% of the tuition cost, making the maximum contribution by an employer $2,475).
